We tried this very delicious Garlic Roasted Potatoes recipe tonite. It is like garlic fries with less oil. Try it. You'll love it. (If you are mad about garlic like we are)
Update: The link above no longer links to the psycho mouse nativity set. Whoops. No idea how that happened except that I was telling someone that a psycho-cute chipmunk would make a funny t-shirt and used the nativity set as an example.

Well, the website looks interesting, although I don't see why they think engineers need special treatment. As for the recipe, it doesn't appear workable, unfortunately. For instance, they say to cut the potatoes into either 3/4" or 1" wedges, but then give no guidelines at all on how to decide which. What if I choose the wrong one?
Great recipe. I use it all the time. I make it a bit diferentelly as I bake the garlic together with the potatoes and rosemary
